SENECA II-W TR-33 REVIEW AND INSERTION INSTRUCTIONS Permit Revision - PR02, submitted Sep[ember 14, 1998, presented life-of-mine information for the Seneca II-W Mine, specifically for proposed mining and development activities in the Seneca II-W South Extension Area. Portions of this information are relevant to the facility referenced in this technical revision (TR33). Therefore rather than revising tent, tables and figures to only represent the TR33 facility, we are providing a guideline for locating the applicable existing information in the existing Seneca II-W permit application package (PAP) and also providing specific pages and exhibits to be inserted into the PAP. Following is a fist indicating the specific items and/or pages, which present the information regarding the design and locations of the only applicable facilities which is sedimentation Pond 015. TAB 13, FACILITIES, Volumes 7, 7a, 8, 9 Insert the following into the PAP. • Text -replace the existing TOC pages i and ii with new TOC pages. • Insert new Attachment 13-SC, Sedimentation Pond 015 Stability Analysis, into Vohune 7a Following Attachment 13-SB Existing information for reviert~. TAB 20, Backfilling and Grading, Volume 13 Insert the following into the PAP. • Exhibit 20-1a, Five-year Permit Area Disturbance Map (II-W South) -Replace existing exhibit with new exhibit.
