Dear Ms. Schlagel :
On July 31 , 1989 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the
succession of operators from Flatiron Sand & Gravel Company to Western-Mobile,
Inc. for this operation. Enclosed are the Financial and Performance
Warranties you originally provided. These have been released as of the
July 31 , 1989 Board approval for the succession of operators.
Western-Mobile, Inc. is now the permitted operator of the Deepe Farm Pit, and
as such, is responsible for all provisions in Permit No. M-81 -302, as well as
those specified in the Minerals Rules and Regulations.
