(NCIG) under a J. E. Stover & Associates letter of March 26, 2001, <br />submitted an application for a technical revision (TR) to Permit C-84-065 (Permit) to <br />demonstrate [hat untreated drainage from the reclaimed Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine is contributing <br />suspended solids to streamflow or runoff outside the permit area equal to or less than premining <br />levels. The Application was dated 03/26/01, and was received at the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology (Division) on Mazch 29, 2001. Compliance with Rules 2.07.3(2) through 2.07.3(2)(g) <br />and 2.08.4(5) through 2.08.4(5)(d) (indicated with an asterisk and results of reviews below) is a <br />prerequisite for a determination of complete. The application was determined to be complete on <br />Apri14, 2001.
