The new liability is $9,707,373.00. This is an increase in <br />liability of $756,610.00 over your current liability of $8,950,763.00. This amount is also <br />$707,373.00 more that the current bond held by the Division of $9,000,000.00. <br />Seneca Coal Company will need to submit an additional $707,373.00 bond. <br />Please contact me at (303)866-4929 if you have any questions.
