However, due to the <br />downsloping basal grade in the area of the Phase II Toe Berm and the presence of relatively <br />low interface shear strength components, particularly the interface between the geotextile <br />and the geomembrane above the underdrain and the composite liner interface between the <br />Soil Liner Fill and textured LLDPE geomembrane, section E-E' was considered stable only <br />for slopes of 2.SH:1V or shallower. <br />Golder appreciates the ongoing opportunity to provide engineering services for the Cresson <br />Project.
