The temporary waste rock handling area is laryer than the 1.14 acres <br />outlined in the pennit. <br />8. The temporary waste rock handliny area is in the wrong location as <br />I '' outlined in the permit and is spilling into Ralston Creek. <br />V~ <br />L. The cutoff for the uranium content of rock to be placed in the waste <br />pile is .U7 `percent, rather than the U.U15 percent which is permitted. <br />U. A 1/2 acre unpermitted yravel pit was opened adjacent to Ralst~m Creek <br />~ with no topsoil salvage. <br />
