AVS; Cessation Order & Bond Forfeiture
Barb, you recently requested that I input Cessation Order C-83-058 and the bond forfeiture
in the AVS for Twin Pines Investment, L.P. The identification of interest portion of the
permit was attached to your request, but needs to be updated by the operator.
Rule 2.07.7(5) states that within thirty days after a cessation order is issued under
5.03.2(1)..., the permittee shall either submit to the Division the following information,
current to the date the cessation order was issued, or notify the Division in writing that there
has been no change to the identification of interests section of the permit under rule
2.03.4(3).
Please have the operator submit the information noted above. I would like to have this
before I update AVS with the Cessation Order and Bond Forfeiture.
I reviewed the identification of interest portion of the permit. The permit states that Falcon
Energy Inc. ownes 0.5% of Twin Pines Investment, L.P. Who owns the remaining 9Q.5%
of Twin Pines Investment, L.P.? This needs to be stated to the Division.
