Attached is a spreadsheet of who we sent notifications to, their address, the date sent,
the date we received the certifieddelivery card back, and the date that the 20-day
comment period expires. I received most of the contact information from Carma. Mr.
Siegrist sent me the names and addresses of the individuals that own mineral rights. I'll
keep this list updated and submit it to you with our Adequacy Review response.
