We received the report of this today from Jerry Nettleton with Twentymile Coal Company, the permittee of the Foidel <br />Creek Mine. I will be forwarding you the a-mail from Jerry that we received. <br />Byron Walker from our office is en route to the mine at the moment. I expect he will arrive at the mine sometime late this <br />afternoon. We additionally made initial contacts today with folks at the Water Quality Control Division of the Colorado <br />Department of Pubic Health and Environment, at the US Army Corps of Engineers, and with the Colorado Division of Wildlife <br />We will keep you informed as discussions with these agencies progress. <br />Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions <br />Sincerely, <br />Dan <br />9/21/2006 <br />
