NOV C-85-056 - Failure to submit annual hydrologic report.
Periodic record checks at the mine indicate that hydrologic monitoring was
conducted. This data has not been compiled with the appropriate narrative as
an annual hydrologic report. Without the hydrologic report the Division
cannot determine if mining activities are causing any impacts. The annual
hydrologic report should be submitted to the Division by July 22, 1985.
