General Comments <br />Bench construction activities continue to make considerable progress. <br />The majority of the coal stored on the bench has been removed. The majority <br />of gob stored in the lower stockpile has also been removed. <br />The mine identification sign is in place by the guard house. <br />Excessive dust was being generated at the mine by truck traffic. Effective <br />dust control measures must be implemented and maintained. <br />Four water samples were taken at various locations at the mine site. These <br />locations are as follows: discharge from pond no. 1, springs at north end of <br />pond no. 1, mine water discharge into pond no. 1, and bench underdrain <br />discharge.
