AZI permit-related disturbance is now within boundary, including access road. Seed mix is <br />updated; dump grading and portal closure plans are updated as well. Bond amount will be updated upon <br />submittal of reclamation map. New boundaries should be marked. There are no outstandingproblems. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M- <br />1978-039-HR.
