The Lessee <br /> shall hove the right and privilege of setting up and eraotinq <br />' the necessary buildings, equipment or machinery for the opera- <br /> tion of suoh sand and gravel removal ~xc~pt no building for <br /> residence purposes shall ba erected on the premises. The Les- <br /> see shall be entitled to a reasonable time within which to re- <br /> move any and all materials, buildings end equipment, placed <br /> on the premises during the term of this Lease or after the <br /> <br />
