Long <br />Dinsinn DneOOr <br />Th Division has received your faxed response to the conditions that were placed during the <br />approval of Technical Revision No. 27 on October 19, 1998. The three conditions required <br />CC&V to provide 1) a design for surface water diversion to direct runoff away from the upstream <br />face of the haul road prior to building the road near Ironclad waste storage area, 2) submit a slope <br />stability evaluation for the proposed steepened slope cross section located between grid stations <br />35000E and 36000E, prior to commencing the steepening of the slopes on the VLF, and 3) <br />Submit an emergency response plan in the event the VLF side slopes rotated or slide beyond the <br />protected area. <br />CC&V, has adequately addressed all the above conditions in your response faxed December 18, <br />1998.
