The first section evaluates the <br />operator's responses dated December 17, 1990. I have included the original <br />question (Adequacy Review dated November 28, 1990), followed by my assessment <br />of the applicant's response. I have retained the numbering scheme used in the <br />November 28, 1990 adequacy review. The second section indicates items of <br />concern which were not apparently addressed in our previous reviews. <br />Please feel free to request additional assistance. <br />
