Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) has completed a review of the June 13, <br />2006 subject permit renewal application. The Division found no technical adequacy <br />deficiencies. The public comment period to the final publication of the public notice of <br />the application ends on August 29, 2006. The public comment period in response to <br />Division completeness letters ended July 27, 2006. No technical adequacy issues have <br />been raised in responses to the notice or letters. Our rules require a technical adequacy <br />letter by August 22, 2006, thus this letter is transmitted at this time.
