("EFN') and the transfer thereof [o International Uranium (USA) Corporation ("IUSA"). 1 <br />appreciate the time you and Lavern Lemay of the Division of Minerals and Geology ("DMG") have <br />taken to assist EFN in this transfer process. 1 understand that your offices aze in the midst of being <br />worked on this week and that the phone system and other aspects of the operations of the DMG are <br />being affected this week. <br />I would also like to advise you that counsel for IUSA, Ms. Marily Nixon, Esq, will be involved in <br />the final steps of the permit transfers. IUSA has made bonding arrangements with Van-American <br />Insurance Company and counsel for Van-American, Mr. Rick L. Thomas, Esq. and Mr. Neil <br />Fainvea[her, Esq. are also involved in the transfer process. Please feel free to discuss any transfer <br />issues with any or all of these individuals if the occasion arises. <br />We understand that DMG is holding the Applications for Transfer of Permit and Succession of <br />Operator that have been filed for the Colorado operations that are being transferred [o IUSA <br />pending delivery of necessary bond documents. This letter addresses the delivery of the bond <br />documents and the completion of the sale process.
