Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface <br />Coal Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et seq. have been submitted. Thus, your application <br />has been considered complete for the purposes of filing as of December 27, 1995. All review and <br />comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br />The Division is currently reviewing your revision application to determine whether the items you have <br />submitted aze adequate in terms of meeting the requirements of the Act and Regulations. Additional <br />information may be required, and in accordance with Section 34-33-118(5) of the Act, you will be <br />notified, should that be the case.
