Weber Sand & Gravel, Imo. is now the permitted operator <br />of the Weber Pit No 2, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in Permit No. M-95-056, as well as those speciEed <br />in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is the Performance Warranty you originally provided.
