I have reviewed the response of August 23, 2001 (J. E. Stover & Associates, Re; Bowie No. 2
Mine, Permit Revision PR-O5, Mine Plan West of Fault, Adequacy Response, Permit C-96-083).
The response adequately addresses the issues raised in my memo of July 23, 2001. The
demonstration of relationships was provided by additions to Map 27A, and the applicant
addressed my concerns for rockfall hazards. I recommend the responses to my questions be
accepted.
