Dear Mr, Loukonen:
As confirmed by the Division's February 18, 2005 site inspecfion, your request to add 6 acres of
affected land via a 6 acre staging azea within your 190 acre permit boundary may best be
accommodated by a technical revision rather than permit amendment. In order for the Division
to process your request as a technical revision, please submit a written request to withdraw the
pending amendment application. You should also submit, under sepazate cover, a request for a
technical revision to add the 6 acre staging azea to your maximum disturbance at any one time of
25 acres, ie: a total of 31 acres of disturbance within your permit boundary. Please also include
in your revision request any supporting materials to describe the reclamation to be achieved and
itemized reclamation costs for the staging area. If such request is received within 60 days, the
Division will return to you a refund of $1750 ($1938-$188).
