- -. <br />Mr. Harry Ranney <br />August 1, 1991 <br />Page 2 <br />TR-21 - Revegetation Standards/I.and Use Change - All information contained in this TR has been <br />incorporated into Section 2.05.4 of the new permit document. <br />TR-22 -Change in Revision 1 Area Backfill Plan -Appropriate mention of this TR is contained in the new <br />permit document. A certified copy of the final topography will be submitted following final reclamation <br />activities scheduled for the fall of 1991. <br />TR-23 -Change Embankment Design Pond 3 -Updated certifications for all ponds have been included in <br />Section 2.05.3 of the new permit document. <br />TR-24 -Surface Water Monitoring - Monitoring of surface water will continue through the reclamation <br />activities to be conducted during the tall of 1991. This is included in Section 2.05.6 of the new permit <br />document. <br />MR-29 - Streambank Stabilisation -Because of reclamation activities, no further action is required. <br />MR-30 -Modification of Riprap Placement -Because of reclamation activities, no further action is required <br />for this MR. <br />MR-31 -Reduction in Roadgrade over Stollsteimer Creek - Because of reclamation activities, no further <br />action is required for this MR. <br />MR-32 -Change in Seedmix and Building Retention -Denied (incomplete) <br />MR-33 -Surface Facilities Retention -All information contained in this MR has been incorporated into the <br />new permit document. <br />MR-34 -Removal of Portion of Access Road -All information contained in this MR has been incorporated <br />into the new permit document. <br />MR-35 -Small Area Exemption -All information contained in this MR has been incorporated into the new <br />permit document. <br />bIR-36 -Post Mining Contour Change -This change will be reflected on the final topography map. <br />SECTION III -STATUS OF STIPULATIONS <br />The majority of stipulations placed upon the permit have been complied with. The following paragraphs <br />indicate outstanding stipulations and how they are being addressed. <br />Stipulation 6 -Kaiser has stockpiled enough topsoil material to replace 6 inches over disturbed areas. If [his <br />material is not available, Kaiser will notify the CMLRD of a plan to obtain additional suitable soil material. <br />Stipulation 8 -Kaiser has conducted two years of a spraying program to eliminate noxious weeds as approved <br />by the CMLRD. The parameters for this plan have been incorporated into Section 2.05.4 of the new permit <br />document. <br />Stipulation 17 -Through approval of TR-21 and submittal of this revised permit document, Kaiser is in <br />compliance with land use changes. <br />
