A portion of the
pipe is buried to allow access to the Equipment and Supply Area.
6) The diameters of the mine water pipe are: 6 inch diameter for the steel carrier pipe,
and roughly 11 inches for the outer pipe which encloses the carrier pipe and insulation.
The diameters of the potable mine water pipe are: 6 inch diameter for the HDPE
carrier pipe, and roughly 11 inches for the outer pipe which encloses cartier pipe and
insulation. Actual outside pipe diameters will be determined at the time of pipe
purchase as manufactures may have different insulation requirements.
7) The existing FW#1 pond inlet structure will be used to support the pump.
