Mike Long and Dan <br />Mathews of the Colorado M.L.R.D. <br />1. These issues are considered to be resolved. <br />2. Section 2.04.6 (3) (b) states "an applicant may request <br />the Division waive in whole or in part the requirements <br />of 2.04.6 (3) (a) (iii) and (iv). The waiver may be <br />granted only if the Division makes a written <br />determination that the collection and analysis of such <br />data is unnecessary because other equivalent information <br />is available to the Division in a satisfactory form." <br />National King Coal, Inc. has provided to the Division <br />drilling log data and Colorado Geologj,cal Survey data <br />that should meet requirements. The locations of the <br />referenced samples are shown on Regional Geology Map <br />C-11 .. <br />
