Old Area H is now designated as Areas H] and H2 as <br />shown on Map 20. New Area H is below old state highway 133. Please revise page Exh-8-174 to <br />reflect the new subwatershed Area H. <br />The Division has no further concerns. In the January 3, 2007 submittal cover letter, BRL stated <br />that area H had been deleted from the designs since the area was accounted for in the designs for <br />ditches D H1 and D H2. Page Exh 8-174 was revised in the submittal dated April 4, 2007 to show <br />that area H was deleted from the designs. <br />10. On proposed revised page Exh-8-172, there is a hydrology design for Ditch-Hl. In that design, <br />flow from Area H is included. This Area H is the old designation Area H as explained in question <br />no. 9 above. Since Pond F has been built to receive runofffrom old designation Area H, and <br />modifted so that the pond discharge flows under the Fire Mountain Canal and into ditch Hl, it <br />appears that the flow from Pond F should be added to the Ditch-Hl hydrology design in place of <br />the flow from old designation Area H. Please revise page Exh-8-172 ifyou agree. <br />The Division has no further concerns. BRL provided revised pages that had the necessary changes. <br />Page Exh 8-170 was revised in the January 3, 2007 submittal. Revised page Exh 8-172 was <br />provided in the April 4, 2007 submittal and Map 22-J was revised in the May 8, 2007 submittal. <br />11. On Map No. 22-J, Pond J Detail, and on the ditch summary page in Appendix B of Volume XI, <br />most of the flow depth data for the ditches in the "J" drainage area do not match the flow depth <br />data listed in the "V--Ditch Design" table on revised page Exh-8-29iii. Please revise accordingly. <br />The Division has no further concerns. Revised Map 22-J and a revised Appendix B were provided <br />in the May 8, 2007 submittal. That same submittal also contained pages Exh-8-180iv and Exh-8- <br />180v as well aspages Exh-8-xii through Exh-8-] 80xxviii. <br />l2. On revised page Exh-8-166 and in Appendix B of Volume XI, no riprap is planned for ditch D-J3, <br />although the design velocity is 14.76 ft/sec. It would appear that riprap would be needed for that <br />high of a velocity. Ifyou agree, please provide riprap designs for ditch D-J3. <br />The Division has no further concerns. Page Exh-8-166 was revised in the January 3, 2007 <br />submittal to show that the correct velocity is 4.08 feeUsec. and that riprap is not needed. <br />
