Ir. the event that Routt County commences an action to enforce or interpret this <br />Conditional Use Permit, the substantially prevailing party shall be entit{ed to recover <br />its costs incurred in such action, including without limitation, attorney fees. <br />5. No junk, trash or inoperative vehicles shall be stored or allowed to remain on the <br />property. <br />6. The Conditional Use Permit is valid for 5 years provided it is aC,ed upon within one <br />year of approval, or until there is a change of operatgrs. If the operator should <br />change, the permit expires. <br />7. The permitee shall provide evidence of liability insurance in the amount of no less <br />than 3600.000 per occurrence with either unlimited aggregate or a policy <br />endorsement requiring notice to Routt County of all claims made. Routt County shall <br />be named as an additional insured on the policy. <br />8. Ail app6csbie standards set forth by the Co'orado Department of Public Health and <br />the Environment and the Routt County Department of Environmental Health shall be <br />cornplied with. The operation shall comply with all Federal, State and local laws. <br />9. No permanent facilities requiring building permits are allowed as pari of this permit. <br />10. Hours of operation for the sporting clays range are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., but in no case <br />shall the range be open after dusk. Hours of operation for raised bird hunting are <br />dawn to dusk. Sporting clays shooting and raised bird hunting are allowed 7 days <br />per week. No exterior lighting is allowed. <br />11. No activity associated with this permit is allowed on the north Yz of Section 4, T6N <br />R85W between August 15`" and October 1s'. Planning Administrator may adjust the <br />time and location of restrictions based on input from the Colorado Division of <br />Wildlife. <br />12. The applicant shall submit an approved Commercial Wildlife Park License from the <br />Colorado Division of Wildlife to the Planning Department prior to any raised bird <br />hunting on the site. <br />13. The sporting clays range shall be arranged so that no shot can fall into ponds or <br />wetlands. <br />14. Prior to the Issuance of this CUP, the applicant will submit a signage plan to be <br />approved by the Planning Administrator. The signage plan shall address potential <br />user conflicts with gravel pit operations and the on-site safety information for <br />participants. <br />15. No alcohol is allowed on-site during activities associated with this permit. <br />6. Shot size shall be 7 Y or larger. <br />1;. A first-aid kit and cell phone shat! be accessible on-siteduring any activity. <br />1 B. All employees shall have first-aid certification. <br />19.
