Duckels
Construction, Inc. would like to make the following revisions to our permit.
First, we would like to change the seed mixtures in the clay shooting
range from smooth brome, pubesent wheatgrass and steambank wheat
grass (as per AM-04 Exhibit E) to 50% of the range being 100% tree fall, .
trefoil and alfalfa at 12 pounds per acre. The other 50°l° of the range would
remain the original wheat grass.
Addressing problem two, Duckels Construction, Inc. has submitted a
conditional use permit from Routt County along with a map of the site,
delineating the clay shooting range from the gravel pit. The conditional use
permit is only for five years, when the five years have expired a choice will be
made on whether or not to continue operating the range.
Finally, problem three, a picture of our new sign is enclosed and it is
delineated on the map of the pit that also shows where the range is.
Sincerely, ~~~~ >~~~~5
Derick Duckels/Project Manager
Duckels Construction, Inc.
3500 Duckels Court
Steamboat Springs, CO 80487
(970) 879-6072
