This decision was published in the Craig Daily Press on May 6, 1998. Page <br />18 of the Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance was subsequently revised. Specifically, a <br />part of line 10 on page 18 was revised from "there were adverse effects" to read "there were no <br />adverse effects". Notice of this revision will be published in the Craig Daily Press as soon as <br />possible. Publication of the notice (revised Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance) re- <br />initiates athirty (30) day public comment period.
