<br />The REA was mentioned elsewhere in tl~e application and the powerline is <br />shown as it now exists on the current 1 10 permit map. The new reclamation and <br />mining maps show the fiiture proposed location agreed to with the REA. REA letter <br />enclosed with this response. The highway comes nearest the parcel at the entrance <br />road. The right of way fence extends from the north-east comer of the pit to the south <br />about 2~0 feet to a point where it ends upon meeting a cliff due east of tl~e scale House. <br />the pavement of the Highway is over 200 feet East of the north-east corner of the pit <br />called G-36 on the map. The highway then goes away from the pit from 300 to 700 <br />feet to the southeast and south.
