An Air Pollutant Emission Notice ~ <br />is required, however, as uncontrolled emissions of particulate matter less than 10 microns (PMIO) ' <br />will be more than 2 tons per year. <br />This exemption from permit requirements is issued in reliance upon the accuracy and <br />completeness of information supplied by the applicant and is conditioned upon construction, <br />installation, and operation in accordance with this information and with representations made by <br />the applicant or the applicant's agents. Specifically, this exemption has been granted provided <br />that the following information is accurate and complete: <br />The production rate does not exceed 70,000 tons per year. Annual records of the actual <br />production rate shall be maintained and made available to the Division for inspection <br />upon request. <br />2. Visible emissions shall not exceed 20% opacity. <br />3. There shall be no transport of visible emissions off-site. <br />4. The applicant shall follow the control plan as submitted with the application. <br />
