PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc. (HGTI), 701 Market Drive, Suite 700, St. Louis, Missouri, 63101, has <br />filed with the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (CDMG) Technical Revision No. 7 (TR- <br />07) to it's Hayden Gulch Loadout facility, Permit No. C-92-081. This revision updates the permit <br />application package in response to the MidTerm Permit Review. No actual mining will be conducted <br />under this permit as this is a coal handling facility and rail spur. The rail spur crosses U.S. Highway <br />40 approximately 1,300 feet east of Hayden, Colorado. In addition, the rail spur crosses Routt <br />County Road 37 approximately 1.25 miles southeast of Hayden, Colorado. The permit update <br />described in this TR will not cause any changes to either the disturbed oz affected areas. <br />The Hayden Gulch Loadout is located approximately 1.5 miles southeast of Hayden, Colorado. The <br />USGS 7.5-minute quadrangle maps Hayden, Colorado and Mount Harris, Colorado contain the <br />permit area described below. <br />The general legal description of the permit azea is described as: <br />T6N, R88W (all west of the 6a' Principle Meridian) <br />Section 1Q, Portions of E'/z <br />Secrion 14, Portions of W''/z <br />Section 15, Portions of E'/zE'Iz <br />Secrion 22, Portions of NEY< <br />Section 23, Portions of N'/zN'/zNW'/< <br />Containing approximately 175.3 acres, all in Routt County, Colorado. <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for inspection at the Hayden Public Library, <br />225 East Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, Colorado 81639. <br />Any person having an interest which is or may be adversely affected by a decision of the CDMG <br />zegarding the proposed surface coal mining operation, ox the officer ox head of any Federal, State, or <br />local government agency or authority shall have the right to submit written objections or comments, <br />including a request for a public hearing, to the Division within 30 days after the last publication of <br />this notice.
