We would hope that the 2.43
disturbed acres will be included in the permit boundary and approved, as we discussed while on site.
The adequacy concerns are addressed below:
1. The applicant agrees to the Division's recommended seed mix and application rates as
recommended in your letter of July 25, 1997.
2. The applicant further agrees with the $28,000 cost for reclamation and will be supplying a CD
Financial Warranty in the appropriate time. At the same time, they will be requesting a release of
the existing $36,500 Financial Warranty.
Thanks for all of your help in getting this resolved. When the permit is issued, it should clear up
some problems for both the applicant and the Division. Please call me or Joe if there are any
questions.
Cordially,
Lloyd V. "Buck" Barnhart
Consultant and Agent
Adience, Inc. dba BMI France
cc: Adience
