Following are NCIG's responses to the DMG's comments <br />and concerns: <br />Item 1 Enclosed is a revised Surface Ownership Map and amended page 2-5. ~ <br />Colorado & Utah Land Company no longer owns the land in Section 2. That <br />land is now owned by Porter Enterprises, LLC and the State of Colorado, <br />Division of Wildlife. The City of Glenwood Spring's ownership was also <br />clarified on the map. <br />Item 6 Enclosed is the "List of Tables" renumbered from 4-vii to 4-iii. ~ <br />Item 7d Page 4-53 was modified as suggested. The statement that all roads retained <br />as permanent are reclassified as light use roads was added to the 5`" <br />paragraph. <br />Item 16 Figure 4.3-6 was revised as requested.
