Box 25486 DFC (MS 65412} <br />Denver, Colorado 80225 <br />RE: Update Concurrence Request for T.apns hudsonius preblei Disqualification - <br />Northern Colorado Constructors, Inc. -NCC Pit # 1 Extension <br />Dear Mr. Plage: <br />Preble's (Zapur hudsonius preblei) disqualifications have been obtained from U.S. Fish <br />`~ and Wildlife Service for Northern Colorado Constntctors, Inc.'s NCC Pit #1 extension on <br />June 9, 1999 and September 8, 2004. Please update the mouse disqualification for the <br />NCC Pit #1 extension. The extension site contains approximately 70 acres located within <br />a portion of the NE'/< of Section 24 in Township 2 North, Range 67 West of the 6t6 Prime <br />Meridian, Weld County, Colorado. The NCC #1 extension project is located on the <br />primary alluvial terrace of the South Platte River. Little Dry Creek skirts the west <br />boundary of the site and flows across the northwest comer of the project site. A site visit <br />was conducted on June 6, 2006 of the extension area and the site has not been disturbed <br />or altered since the disqualifications in 1999 and 2004.
