Aggregate Source, Inc., at Tunnel Drive, Canon City, CO. located in Section 31, <br />T18S, R70W, 6th Prime Meridian, has filed with the State of Colorado Division of Mineral; and <br />Geology for an amendment to mining permit M-77-193. This permit amendment includes the <br />increase of affected land in the mining area from 30 acres and 65 acres of wholly owned land. <br />The proposed date of commencement is August 13, 1995, and proposed date of completion is <br />2020. The proposed future land use is non-irrigated rangeland.
