On November 21, 2003, the Division of Minerals and Geology received Financial Warranty/Certification of
Deposit (Third Party) form for the Alma Placer, Permit No. M-1985-029. The Division is returning this
document for the following:
The Division requires that the Operator name be the same as the new operator (i,e. Ducommun Business
Trust) throughout this document.
The Division requires that the new operator (i,e. Ducommun Business Trust) sign this document in the
presence of a Notary Public.
And on November 17, 2003, the Division received American National Bank Irrevocable Letter of Credit No.
341, in the amount of $50,936.00. The Division is returning this document for the following:
