In connection with that <br />application, the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology conducted a bond release <br />inspection at the mine site on October 24, 2002. <br />As a land surface owner in the mine permit azea, you have the right to participate in such <br />an inspection. I inadvertently overlooked notifying you of the inspection. I apologize for <br />this error. To coaect the error, I offer you the opportunity to accompany me on an <br />upcoming inspection of the site. Should you wish to take advantage of this opportunity, <br />please call me at 303-866-4923 and we will schedule the inspection.
