Hubbs Trustee
7994 E Saddleback Drive
Kingman, Arizona 86401
May 19, 2000
I request two revisions be done to the original permit plan as follows:
It states that the pit floor in Phase I and Phase II be reclaimed prior
to going to Phase III. I would like this changed so we can utilize
the pit floor for stockpiling materials while completing Phase II
and the lower part of Phase III. There is a great need for more
storage space. The way the road comes down into the pit area it
crosses over Phase I. Once these are completed we will reclaim
the pit floor as a feeding area for cattle.
The oil pipeline was removed from Phase II with the permission of
Williford Energy Company. A steel storage tank was placed into
service. The oil pipeline was blown out and disconnected by
Williford employees. This was done prior to excavation. I failed
to notify you.
I hope you take in consideration for the revision I have requested. I have
consulted with Steve Shuey and Laplata County Road and Bridge
Department to whom has the lease, of these revisions.
Sincerely,
.~;~~ti~
Barb~rra E.
