Dear Mr. Ehmett:
On June 12, 1987, I transmitted items to you concerning the Blue Ribbon Mine
bond release procedures which you had requested during our telephone
conversation of the same date. Subsequently we received your letter
requesting additional information.
Following is our response to these additional items. Items 1 through 5 were
responded to in my June 12, 1987 letter.
6. OSM Request: A copy of proof of publication of proposed decision and
copies of written notification to permittee, County Commissioners, and
other interested parties, and copy of MLRD monthly mailing.
MLRD Response: Copy of proof of publication and written notification
enclosed. Copy of notification to county commissioners transmitted on
June 12, 1987, Copy of notice in monthly mailing will be transmitted
when available.
7, OSM Request: Copy of letter requesting adjudicatory hearing, copy of
final disposition of hearing, copy of proof of publication of hearing.
