C-81-018 <br />Dear Ms. Pavlik: <br />Western Fuels-Utah requests a minor revision to the permit for a small area exemption for the road <br />base pad located by the mine access road. Map 146 gives details of the area, V-ditch and <br />sedimentation control. A catch basin will be used to contain the runoff from the area.
