Also attached are the responses from our contractors including the calculation sheets for slope <br />stability as requested by the Division, and copies of Map 54. <br />Response to DMG General Comments: <br />No response required. <br />The bench and the upper portal access road will be surfaced with gravel. <br />3. No response required. <br />4. No response required. <br />5. MCC's permit application, at pages 2.05-15 and 21, has been revised to include a <br />discussion of the Materials Storage Bench (see attached). <br />6. The maps designated SB-101 and SB-102 should be placed in the Division's files. The <br />bench configuration has been added to revised Map 53 and the drainage added to revised <br />Map 54. <br />No response required. <br />
