<br />regarding Order to Show Cause ashy permit should not be suspended or
<br />revoked (continued from the JunEr 1992 Board Meeting). Withdrawn--this
<br />Item was improperly noticed as a Discussion Item and was renoticed as a
<br />Formal Public Hearing.

<br />The Board toured and inspected the site on Thursday, July 23, 1992,
<br />accompanied by SCMCI representatives who work at the mine.

<br />19. DISCUSSION ITEM
<br />MLRB Planning Meeting.
<br />The Board's Planning Meeting was held on Friday, July 24, 1992, at
<br />Poncha Springs, Colorado. The meeting convened at 9:00 a.m., adjourned
<br />at 2:45 p.m. and was attended try the Division Director, Program
<br />Supervisors and the following Board Members: Kraeger-Rovey, Cooley,
<br />Stewart, Danielson and McCannon; Ron Cattany, DNR Deputy Director, was
<br />also present.
<br />Prior to discussing the Items on this Agenda, Michael Long, the
<br />Director, asked the Board to pri•~ritize Items, according to the order
<br />they desired the Items to be discussed. Therefore, the discussion of
<br />these Items was done out of s?quence. In reference to Item 5,
<br />Procedural Issues, the issue of bonding was discussed briefly.
