The company filed bankruptcy <br />after adoption of the Agreement. <br />During the February 1992 Board Meeting, the operator requested an <br />extension on beginning reclamation activities, because they were in the <br />process of discussing the purchase and repermitting of the mine with a <br />potential buyer, Geneva Steel.
