(W WL), agent for Occidental Oil Shale, Inc. (OOSI), received your letter <br />regarding Logan Wash Mine (Permit M-77-424) Amendment No. 1 Preliminary Adequacy Review on <br />December 1°, 200b. As aclrnowledged by the Division of Reclamatiom, Mining and Safety (DRMS), <br />the review was submitted fate, as the approval date for the Amendment is December 4i°. The adequacy <br />review requests that Occidental address ti items.
