6.3.6 Accumulation of Funds. As cash is paid into the Creditors' Trust, the Creditors' Trustee shall not be required to immediately distribute such funds, but, to the extent permitted by the Creditors' Representatives, may accumulate funds for periodic distribution in order to avoid expenses associated with insubstantial distributions. 3. The Plan provision cited by the County regarding jurisdiction is: 9.1 Jurisdiction retained. The matter was held in abeyance until January 12, 1997, due to the County's uncertainty of cahether it would proceed in this forum and pay any required filing fee to reopen. The County subsequently indicated in a letter which has been placed in the file that it would proceed in this forum. There are two intertwined questions to resolve the motion to reopen.
