The Latimer County Planning Commission on February 26, 1986 <br />conditional approval of the proposed use. <br />On March 24, 1986 in the County Board Hearing Room of the Li <br />Courthouse, Fort Collins, Colorado, the Board of County Commissioner <br />public hearing on the Special Review. The Board of County Commissioner: <br />the testimony and evidence adduced at said hearing and having considerec <br />weighed the same, now makes the following findings: <br />1. The Special Review request for a rock quarry upon the prop <br />on Exhibit "A" was advertised in a local newspaper of general circulation <br />law, and all procedural requirements have been met. <br />2. The general characteristics of the property are as follows: <br />a. Location: NW 1/4 NE 1/4 2-5-70; w~ <br />Road 27, 1/4 mile north of <br />24H <br />b. Area: 2 acres <br />c. Existing land use: Quarry <br />d.
