The permit renewal has been found to conform to the Mineral Leasing Act <br />of February 20, 1920, as amended, for development, production, maximum economic recovery, <br />and to applicable regulations of 43 CFR 3480. No modification to the existing Resource <br />Recovery and Protection Plan will be required at this time.
