BOX 68 <br />Empire, CO 80438 <br />RE: Approval of the Replacement Tailing Seep Water Pipeline, Henderson Mine and Mill, <br />Technical Revision TR-04, Environmental Protection Plan, Permit No. M-1977-342 i/ <br />Dear Mr. Romig: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DBMS) has reviewed the designs and plans for the <br />replacement tailing seep water pipeline, and hereby approves the plans as submitted. DMG will inspect the <br />construction of the pipeline sometime in the next few months. Remember that post construction submittal of <br />an engineer's certification and as-built report is required.
