(HGTI), enclosed please find three (3) copies of revised <br />and/or new material for TR-07 addressing your adequacy comments of June 14, 2006. The <br />responses to each of the adequacy comments aze provided below and are number accordingly. <br />Item 2 (b). The legal description of the main permit area appears to still be incorrect. There <br />appears to be a (map measured) 300 foot leg of the traverse missing between the 80- <br />foot leg (line 31) and 35 foot let (line 32) of page 3-1.1 annotated 06/06.Please validate <br />or correct the description and map boundary ojExhibit 12-1. <br />Response: The permit boundary description on page 3-I.1 has been corrected; a 330-foot leg of <br />traverse has been inserted between the 80-foot leg and 35-foot leg referenced in this <br />comment. <br />Insertion instructions for updating the permit application package accompany this submittal. <br />Following the insertion instructions for this submittal, please find the TR-07 List of Changes which <br />summarizes the changes to the permit application package as a result of this Technical Revision. <br />Should you or any other member of the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology staff have any <br />questions regarding this information please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned at 970-871- <br />6125. <br />P.O.
