Stark <br />Environmental Protection Specialist <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />RE: Minor Revision 84, Reformat of Volume 1, Permit No. C-81-019 <br />Dear Mr. Stark: <br />Enclosed please find MR - 84 which reformats the entire Volume 1 of Colowyo's permit. <br />Colowyo wanted to take advantage of the latest advances in technology, and this reformat <br />allows Colowyo to take advantage of this technology. This reformat eases and speeds up <br />revisions of Colowyo permitting process by consolidating Volume 1 and taking <br />advantage of several features to ease the submittal process. This reformat does not <br />change any of the content of Volume 1, and it is solely a reformat of the entire volume. <br />Colowyo requests that the tabs used in the old Volume 1 be pulled forward and used in <br />the new Volume 1. Colowyo does not see a need to reproduce these tabs when the old <br />ones can still be utilized. <br />This submittal (MR-84) will require additional updating from TR-65 and MR-83 to <br />incorporate the changes once these two revisions are approved. Colowyo would like to <br />submit an additional minor revision to include these three pages once all three of these <br />revisions are approved.
